PRIMEENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date:
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of tickets and access credentials issued through PrimeEntry (“PrimeEntry”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including access control services (QR codes, wristbands, RFID, scans, validation, and related entry systems). By purchasing, holding, transferring, or using a ticket/access credential, you (“Customer”, “you”, “Ticket Holder”) agree to these Terms.
1) Definitions
Event: Any concert, party, conference, sports event, or similar gathering listed on PrimeEntry.
Organizer: The event promoter/producer/venue or party responsible for the Event.
Ticket: Any digital or physical credential sold through PrimeEntry.
Access Credential: QR code, barcode, wristband, RFID card/tag, badge, or similar.
Venue: The location where the Event is held.
Platform: PrimeEntry website, app, POS, scanners, and related services.
2) Role of PrimeEntry
PrimeEntry provides a ticketing and access-control platform. Unless expressly stated, PrimeEntry is not the Event Organizer and does not control Event content, staffing, security, venue operations, or Event delivery. Refunds and Event decisions are typically made by the Organizer, subject to these Terms.
3) Ticket Sales Are Final Unless Otherwise Stated
All ticket purchases are final unless:
the Organizer has a published refund policy allowing refunds, or
the Event is cancelled (see Section 8), or
required by applicable law.
PrimeEntry service fees (if any) may be non-refundable except where required by law.
4) Pricing, Fees, Taxes
Ticket prices may include:
base ticket price set by the Organizer,
PrimeEntry service/processing fees, and
any applicable taxes.
You authorize PrimeEntry and/or its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method.
5) Ticket Delivery & Responsibility
Tickets may be delivered electronically (email/app) or issued physically.
You are responsible for:
providing accurate contact details,
ensuring you can access your ticket (battery/phone readiness), and
keeping your ticket secure.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or shared tickets may be denied entry (see Section 6).
6) Valid Entry, Scanning, and Access Control Rules
6.1 One Scan = One Entry (Unless Stated Otherwise)
Most tickets are valid for one admission only. Once scanned/validated, the ticket is considered used.
6.2 Duplicates & Sharing
If a ticket/QR code is copied, forwarded, screenshotted, posted online, or otherwise duplicated, only the first successful scan will be admitted. Subsequent attempts will be rejected.
6.3 Identification & Age Verification
Entry may require valid ID, age verification, wristband assignment, or additional checks based on Event rules, venue policy, or law. You may be denied entry without proper ID.
6.4 Security Screening & Conduct
You may be subject to bag checks, metal detection, pat-downs, and venue rules. Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.
6.5 Re-entry
Re-entry is not guaranteed. If re-entry is allowed, you must comply with the Organizer/Venue procedures (e.g., wristband, stamp, re-scan).
6.6 Access Credential Integrity
Wristbands, badges, RFID tags, and similar items must not be tampered with. Altered or damaged credentials may be invalid.
7) Prohibited Conduct & Items
The Organizer/Venue may prohibit items such as weapons, drugs, outside food/drink, professional cameras, drones, etc.
Disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
8) Event Changes, Postponement, and Cancellation
8.1 Changes
Event details (date, time, venue, lineup, schedule) may change. Such changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the Organizer’s policy says otherwise.
8.2 Postponement
If an Event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the new date, subject to Organizer policy.
8.3 Cancellation
If an Event is cancelled, refunds (if offered) will follow the Organizer’s policy and applicable law. Where refunds are approved:
the ticket face value may be refundable,
processing/service fees may be non-refundable (unless required by law), and
refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
9) Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes
9.1 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the Organizer’s posted policy and these Terms.
9.2 Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without first contacting PrimeEntry support and/or the Organizer (as applicable), we may:
suspend your account,
invalidate tickets associated with the disputed transaction, and/or
require alternate payment for future purchases.
This does not limit your legal rights.
9.3 Dispute Resolution at the Door
Entry disputes are handled at the Venue by authorized staff using PrimeEntry scan logs and access control records. Those records may be used to determine valid entry.
10) Resale, Transfers, and Promotions
10.1 Unauthorized Resale
Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for commercial gain unless explicitly authorized by the Organizer and allowed by law.
10.2 Transfers
Some tickets may be transferable; others are strictly non-transferable. PrimeEntry may require in-app transfer or name changes where available.
10.3 Promo Codes & Complimentary Tickets
Promo/comp tickets may have special restrictions and may be revoked in cases of fraud or misuse.
11) Fraud, Misuse, and Security
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or invalidate tickets if we reasonably suspect:
stolen payment methods,
ticket duplication or unauthorized distribution,
bot purchases, or
policy violations.
We may share relevant information with Organizers, venues, payment providers, and law enforcement where appropriate.
12) Assumption of Risk
Attendance at Events may carry risks (crowds, noise, lighting, weather, travel, physical activity). By attending, you voluntarily assume these risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
PrimeEntry is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the Event itself (including cancellation, venue conditions, security incidents, or Organizer actions).
PrimeEntry’s total liability for claims related to your ticket purchase or Platform use will not exceed the total amount you paid to PrimeEntry for the relevant transaction.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeEntry from claims arising from your misuse of tickets, violation of Event rules, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms.
15) Privacy & Data Use
